Philip has been wearing Pull-ups for about 8 or 9 years. I’m not sure how long. Thankfully he is thin and has been able to get away with this. Now, however, the end is in sight…literally. His little “almost 13 year old, very skinny bottom” barely (I keep accidentally choosing these puns) fits into the pull-up. They are, however, the best design for a grown child who often will use the toilet, but feels no need to do so consistently (mainly because of neurological impairment.)

I have not been able to find this same design in a larger size. The long strips of Velcro on both sides makes it easy to remove a wet or soiled diaper without removing pants, socks and shoes. Putting on a new one is just as easy because of this feature.

There are diapers with the nice cloth-like feel, but the design is so diaper-like they are difficult to put on. The elastic around the waist and legs make it fit so well. There must be something out there. If you know of the right product, please let me know.
